What is RoundPay? +
RoundPay is peer-to-peer subscription sharing. Owners of family and team plans share the slots they don't use, members pay their share, and RoundPay collects and pays out every month.
Which subscriptions can I share? +
Plans that let you add people — family, duo and team plans like Spotify Family, YouTube Premium Family or Microsoft 365 Family. Always follow your provider's rules for who can join.
How do payments work? +
Each member pays their share by card or bank transfer through Paystack, on the group's billing day. Members can save a card so it happens automatically, or pay from the reminder we send.
When does the owner get paid? +
For people the owner invited, as soon as they pay. For members who joined from the marketplace, RoundPay holds each payment and pays the owner 1 day before that member's next payment is due, so members always get the month they paid for.
What if I lose access? +
Report a problem from your group page while your payment is held. Your money stays put while our team looks into it, and you're refunded if the owner is at fault. If the owner removes you, anything still held is refunded to you.
Can I keep my group private? +
Yes. Groups are private unless you choose to list open slots on the marketplace. Only the people you invite can join.
Why do I need to verify my identity? +
Owners who share slots with people they don't know verify their phone number and ID first. It keeps the people you share with accountable.
What does it cost? +
Creating a group is free. A small platform fee is added to each payment, and you always see it before you pay.
